Preactor 11 APS-ERP P400 Demo HD
This example shows a typical Preactor 400 APS configuration used when Preactor is linked to an ERP system. Data including confirmed shop orders with routing along with the BoM structures are received from ERP. In addition in this example raw material stocks, purchase orders and sales orders are also received from ERP. Preactor uses its Pegging feature to connect shop, purchase and sales orders together and these material constraints are used when generating the production schedule. The new Materials Explorer is used to view the flow of materials. The scenario of a purchase order arriving late and the implication for orders connected to it is shown and also the ability to re-peg materials to more high priority shop orders.
