In this game of The New Order: Last Days of Europe, the Russian warlord state of the Principality of Vyatka, led by Tsar Vlaidmir III Romanov, reunifies the various warring states of Russia and reforms the Russian Empire in November, 1971, over 54 years after the Empire was dissolved on September 14, 1917, when Tsar Vladimir III was only an infant of fifteen days old.
