Helman Lennartz is the German girl who was experimented by the Großgermanisches Reich during West Russian war but somehow, she manage to escape with her magic abilities and flee to the Samara or KONR. Samara gives a new and better place for her until she enlists as a member of Russian Liberation army. She take control the Samara during power struggle and she has invented the new soldier called "witches". Witches were a magical girl strapped with jet engine called Striker.
