TP LINK AC5400 Wireless Tri Band Wi Fi Router B01DXVK3KY for YouTube HD
TP-LINK AC5400 Wireless Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router B01DXVK3KY The TP-Link AC5400 has been a joy to work with. I am locked into ADSL and have a provider who thinks they are the only provider in town (sound familiar). So, unless I can find something abandoned on the net I will have to jack the AC5400 into a slow 15year old technology 10/100 port. The expedient will afford at least a clean line into the slow home portal. Set up as an access point the AC5400 will be able to fly over wireless connections with the nitroQAMM hardware Qualcomm speedup and deal the packets to other Wireless devices fast. So, the Work computer, TV, and All phones are 802.11n or better. And sidestepping the "Homeportal" will increase transfer speeds drastically. What I am experiencing is a video on the phone that is 10 minutes and about a gig and a quarter will take forever to transfer through the 10/100 home portals 802.11g to the tune of wait for an hour or more. In the after stage, going from LG G3 storage to Desktop video processing through the new AC5400 is more like wait for a minute or two. So, it has cut waiting for an hour or so to waiting just a few minutes. This has been well worth it, the convenience of not cabling and uncabling the phones to move their captures into the process bin is worth it. I have over time had two phones become incapacitated due to the USB micro port just wearing out from data transfer, charging, etc. So, by cutting down on the number of times a cable is connected increases the life of the device. ==--+ Product sample provided for fair review MDL#: AC5400 ASIN: B01DXVK3KY URL: http://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01DXVK3KY My Review: https://www.amazon.com/review/R1CT3I7V2FPVU6 MyYouTube: https://youtu.be/MTh10Li8Mdk
