ANIMEDLEY: AMAZING LIVE AMV Piano/Violin Duet: Naruto, Demon Slayer, Boku no Hero &Tokyo Ghoul HD

Hey guys! My name is Emily and I recently arranged and performed ANIMEDLEY (haha get it?) for University of Georgia’s Night in Saigon culture show in January. The theme was: Dare to Speak. I have been working on this project since October 2019 and I am so honored and excited to share this with you all. Animes and songs: Naruto: Blue Bird Tokyo Ghoul: Unravel Demon Slayer: Kamado Tanjiro no Uta Boku no Hero: You Can Be a Hero Demon Slayer: Gurenge I wanted to create an Anime Medley full of my favorite themes and OST’s that combined all of these amazing feelings and experiences from these Anime’s into one cohesive piece. The piano part was inspired by my favorite anime arrangers Animenz, PianoMinion, Fonzi M, and Theishter. I loved writing the violin part and putting in my own original twists, overlapping and layering various themes together, and thinking of seamless transitions. Some things I did was transpose everything to the same key and found common tones between various melodic lines. I do have the sheets but let me know if you’re interested in them! Thank you to my sister Nikki (the violinist) for being with me throughout every step of this crazy process! I hope you guys enjoy this! I wish we could’ve added more themes and more animes (I had so much more in mind) but we had a time limit!
