Clarification for raising and matching process: RAISING: After the EP is selected: 1. the EP goes to internships.aiesec.org and signs up The EP gets a new "EP ID" or Profile link on the new system. 2. You ask them to fill everything in aieseconline to pay the application fee. 3. The VP registers the raise in: https://podio.com/aiesecusinc/ogx/apps/2-raises-match 4. Add the profile link of the EP on the podio application. 5. The VP assigns EP manager in experience.aiesec.org, and also assigns MCVP OGCDP or OGIP as EP manager. (kim or me) 6. The EP manager marks the EP as paid and interviewed 7. The EP can start applying. MATCHING You can work with match offline (with your contacts, LC partnerships or projects like future Colombia and TCS), or the EP can just start applying on the system, just clicking on apply. When the EP gets matched: 1. Follow the process on GIS (is very easy, so just follow the system) if the system does not show up the virtual AN, you can do a physical AN as usual and exchange it with the other entity. Instead of EP ID you put EP profile. 2. After the person is matched on the system, change the status on PODIO, add the Opportunity URL, and tag Cindy. 3. The MC will charge the EP for the matching fee.
