Tornado near Decker, Indiana 11-17-13 WARNING, LOUD WIND NOISE AND BAD LANGUAGE We measured a gust of over 60mph as the inflow winds ramped up during tornado. UPDATED: Knox County: Tornado touched down at 2:56 PM and ended at 3:06 PM. The tornado is rated as an EF-2 and had a maximum wind speed of 132 mph. The path length was 8.8 miles.
