The first of a series of films titled "Co - Creating Value" for Essar. A series to showcase the softer side of brand Essar. This is the story of Appa Darekar a farmer near Pune who could achieve his dream of running a very successful business of staffing and transporation and yet be able to tend to his farms. Someone who never wanted to leave his village but also dreamt big and how essar helped him achieve his dream.
