DJ Tonka - She Knows You (Official Video) - 1998

Thomas Gerlach, much better known as DJ Tonka was already a quiet well known Dj in the early 90ies. He released his first production already back then in 1992 under the name TNI. His production partner regarding that project was non other than "Ian Pooley". Both based in Mainz at that time. At the beginning most of his releases where put out on "Force Inc." Records. In 1997 Thomas started his own label "Uplift". A quiet well known choose name in our opinion if you listen to his music / sound. "She knows you" was put out in 1998 on "Uplift" and immediately became a huge club hit. So quiet fast "Warner" licensed the track a made an european sales hit out of it. Peak #12 is not too bad if we speak a vocal club tune.. Of course we do not own any rights of the record / video but thought it is a good idea to share our roots and so support their / our music...
