Easy Endorsements...Too easy HD

Compared to some other countries(that cater more to bikers on the road) the U.S. is a little too easy to obtain a full endorsement to ride any bike you please, without ever having ridden before. Classes and training are suggestions, not required. So if we ever want the same filtering/splitting laws, we will have to undergo an endorsement testing change imo.....(author may be a little crazy.)
