Agilent DSO3012A Bandwidth Problem

OMG! Today I got a new equipment from my customer, Agilent DSO3012A. It is a 100MHz bandwidth,1GSa/s sampling rate entry level DSO, A German friend told me that made came from the company Rigol, I am very inquisitive about this bandwidth performance, when I input the 100MHz signal to the oscilloscope after I got a answer... that this DSO bandwidth performance same like Rigol DS1000E series "OUT OF SPEC." I am very surprised and disappointed the Agilent company make of such equipment to the customer
