#458 Agilent E3646A Power Supply Repair Part 1 HD

I do some initial investigation and then start the repairs of a Agilent E3646A dual channel power supply. Channel 2 had a fault which then got worse during the investigation process, I fix the secondary fault of no voltage display, and demonstrate the cause and workaround of the initial fault, which was no output voltage present. U139 and U115 were the issues, U139 is a CS8122 and is obsolete so I will be doing a live stream this Sunday morning (NZ time) trying a substitute supervisor IC.
