Agilent DSO-X 3012A glitch test, 1:1000000, 100 MHz HD
With this test I tested the analog-like capabilities of my oscilloscope. The FPGA generates a 100 MHz signal with an intentional glitch after each one million cycles, to test if the scope can detect it. Because of the 1,000,000 waveforms/sec update rate, the glitch is clearly visible, unlike with cheaper digital scopes. The test signal was generated with a DE0 Nano, source code: http://www.frank-buss.de/tmp/100mhz-1000000-glitch.zip
