Intertop is unsurpassable leader of the shoe retail company in Ukraine and Kazakhstan. At the beginning of 2018 the CEO decide that company need better transparency and alignment between functional departments and focus on the global strategical company goals combining with every day routine. In this speech we will discuss strategy forming for further Agile transformation in big company. Now we are on evolutionary way of transformation (we have started from culture and step by step experimenting with structure). Few more words about environment: - around 150 employees in HQ - CEO & HRD are involved in Transformation as Product Owner and ScrumMaster accordingly. We work on transformation Product Backlog and sync regularly. - Teams involved: 3*IT, 2*marketers, 3*buyers, 2*retailers, logists, HR & recruiting, finance, accountancy and 1 cross-functional experimental initiative is already in progress - Change Agents Guild with weekly knowledge sharing event - iterations, , daily scrums, plannings, sync meetings between PO with CEO involvement, teams and overall Reviews and Retrospectives Want to know more?
