This is a Positive ACL surgery recovery- of my experience from surgery to 10 weeks. Covers rehab exercises, walking, quads, stretches, jumps. Disclosure: timelines on recovery and progress will differ for each person depending on choice of surgeon, surgical technique, knee condition and rehab program. There are good stories and there are challenges also. I was fortunate it was a fast recovery.
