In this weeks session we look at differential learning skills jumping and landing. Circuits like this are good because it challenges how we load the knee continuously from different surfaces and heights. You can get really creative with this by landing on one foot or jumping off one foot to doing a half turn etc This has been good for gaining confidence before returning to netball on court.
