Using Songs and Chants in the Young Learner Classroom

Using songs and chants helps students to remember what they’re learning, and encourages them to practice more. It removes stress and anxiety in young learner language classes. Plus, when you use actions and movement to aid comprehension, sing songs in class becomes just plain fun! What is one of Joan’s favorite songs to use with her students?
