The Violette Absinthe Cocktail features Emile Pernots Liqueur de Violette, Svedka Vodka, and Paul Devoilles Verte de Fougerolles Enigma Absinthe. The recipe is 2 ounces of Liqueur de Violette, 1 ounce of Vodka and 1 teaspoon of Absinthe. Pour ingredients in to a shaker filled with ice, lightly shake and pour into your favorite Cocktail Glass. Sip and Enjoy. The Absinthe makes a very interesting pattern after the drink is poured.
