DIY Perrier Acne-reducing Toner

Acne problem? Out of toner? Leftover Perrier? Propionibacterium acnes (p. acnes) is a bacterium that is linked to a skin condition more commonly known as acne. P. acnes thrives in a high pH (basic) environment, but its growth is minimal at the skin pH level of 5.5. Perrier has a pH of 5.46, which greatly minimizes p. acnes growth on human skin. The carbonic gas in Perrier also helps to clean and constrict pores. NOTE: stop the use of Perrier toner if irritation occurs.
