The Forbidden - CandyMan (Tipper Gore Panic Mix)

The music track, and its vocal samples, are inspired by the 1992 horror movie “Candyman.” This track is a synth-driven and acid-influenced 1992 U.S.A. hardcore techno tune, with energetic synth play and “bass drum” percussion. The track can be found on U.S.A.-produced EP “The Forbidden – CandyMan’s Grooves.” (HAS 1001) As an American, I had minimal exposure to European radio. I do not know how much airplay this tune or mix had back in the day. My first music love is old skool piano/hardcore piano and Italo Dance.
