Pedestrian VS Vehicle - Magazine Street HD

Eye Witnesses Say that Around 2:30 A woman was hit by a car. The Victim was complaining of lower leg and ankle pain and has bleeding slightly form a cut on her head. Witnesses from in side the car say they where doing the speed limit. and that the Victim "jumped out of nowhere" -Road Conditions here Dry at the time of the Accident.- I arrived on Scene before Police Fire and EMS. I saw that the Vitim was sitting up so I took C-Spine control until Fire Arrived.
