2016 Lincoln MKX 3.7L 303hp/278lbs-ft Acceleration 0 to 60 0 to 100 HD
2016 Lincoln MKX 3.7L V6 303hp/278lbs-ft, AWD. Filmed at 3,000ft. It was a fun time cruising in the MKX for a weekend including a couple of road trips. It is a great cruiser - quiet cabin, comfy ride, good amount of passing power and plenty of leg room. Favorite part about the MKX has got to be the growl made by the 3.7L - its great. Was pleased with the features in the MKX especially ride control. Suspension stiffness can be modified by selecting the handling options and changing from comfort, normal and sport which also affects the steering wheel feel. Nice feature for an SUV. It actually handled the corners very well for an SUV this size. The comfort suspension mode was extremely boaty and actually made the passengers feel ocean sick. The dynamic cruise control works pretty good (not as good as BMW or the Acura I tested) - it is slow to respond to the rapid change of vehicle speed in front of the car. The lane keep assist was completely turned off and settings changed to "warn" only which vibrates the steering wheel. Overall the interior materials quality felt nice to the touch and the console buttons were logically laid out.
