WHY? Well they got a very similar plot to Darling in Franxx, and its kinda what we all expected more or less. NTR Hiro X 001 over zerotwo and the kokoro pregnant thing was the most satisfying point. So what I figured now is that this anime does not break new ground in plot but in character and sexual relations right, so its like he jerry springer show of anime with mechas. I mean this felt super Japanese, in the way they have taken most of the classic mecha who aer actually alive/bio/ enemy forms, fighting the enemy who is actually defending the earth and is good. ETC. But they mix it in with having the main character watching her mom steal her boyfriend and shit.
