GHO attacked by Hawk HD

March 15, 2022, 3:52 pm, The Landings, Savannah, GA Slo-mo Camera 2 and Camera 3, Hawk attempted to carry off Momma. Little Grey and Momma appear fine. Just like Owls, Hawks attack by giving a jarring strike to the back of its prey. In doing so, it breaks the spine, rendering the prey motionless and a quick death. Gratefully, Momma Owl has a strong backside and is quite muscular and dense in weight. (Hawks, weigh half of what a female GHO weighs)
