Нам понадобится: 200 г свиного окорока (или любое другое мясо) 4 средних картофелины 1 морковь 1 луковица Соль Перец You will need : 200 gr of gammon -pork - you can use any other meat 4 medium potatoes 1 carrot 1 onion. Salt & Pepper Directions: Step 1: First prepare all the vegetables and cut them into cubes. Step 2: Cut the meat into stripes or however you desire. Step 3: Fry the onions first until golden brown, then add the carrots and potatoes and fry for about 5 min just to get a beautiful colour. Step 4: Fry the meat separately until its nice and crispy. Step 5: Mix all the ingredients together, season well and place in a baking tray. Step 6: In a pre heated oven place the tray, cover it with foil and cook for 40 min at 180 C or 350 F. Step 7: Serve on a plate as you wish :)) with some bread and salad!
