This IP Telephone complements the Avaya 2400 Telephone line with the use of a large display, the user interface is adapted to improve productivity and serviceability. It is designed to put convenient features and effectiveness at your fingertips. ----Physical Features---- The Avaya 2410 has six call/line appearance buttons – these allow for accessing incoming/outgoing lines and programmed features. There is a 5x29 large display that allows you to view call appearance/feature button labels, the call log, speed dial lists and call identifier information. A message lamp that will light up when a message has arrived in your voice mailbox – when you set this lamp to visual ring, it will flash to alert you to incoming calls. Four soft keys are found here underneath the display, these keys allow you to perform specific functions. The message button, to retrieve missed messages – Arrow keys, you can use these keys to move between screen pages, to cycle through call log and speed dial entries and to move the cursor during data entry – The exit button returns you to the first page of the home screen. The standard 12-button pad for dialing telephone numbers. To the right you have your hold button, transfer, and conference, drop and redial. Here on the left you will have your speaker button, headset, mute and the volume buttons. ----Calling Features---- The Avaya 2410 Digital Telephone is designed for use with an Avaya call processing system. The basic call handling features are provided with the 2410, such as answering and making calls, holding, transferring, redialing and conference calls. You also have the capability to customize and personalize numerous options with the 2410. First is your customizable interface, this allows you to create personal speed dial lists and specify the call types you want to appear in the call log. You also can select from eight different ring patterns and languages to personalize your phone even further. Multiple voice features are provided with the 2410 as well call forwarding, abbreviated dialing, call parking, call pick up and sending all calls. ----Networking Features---- The Avaya 2410 can be maintained with the most current enhancements through down-loadable firmware.
