First Start 1962 Ford Falcon wagon, 4/7/13

Just a short video of the first start of 2013. it was a kind of long winter, and I should fire it up more often even if it doesnt get driven. But oh well. This was probably parked in October, maybe September. This was the first time starting it in 6 months. I used to let my cars sit all winter and then try to start them and it was a whole ordeal of charging the dead batteries, and cranking them over and over to get the fuel up. I eventually learned that a cheap battery minder and a shot glass full of gas creates a very, very easy first start.
