NRL ROUND 5 2018 Double Header Match! The Vodafone Warriors have gained their 5th straight win by defeating the North Queensland Cowboys 22-12 on home ground at Mt Smart Stadium as part of the Sky City Double header which was followed by Melbourne Storm vs West Sydney Tigers. The Warriors started the game of on a strong foot and held an 18-0 lead at one point. This game they had Simon Mannering and Shaun Johnson join them after recent injuries. There was great footwork by Roger Tuivasa-Sheck and also Shaun Johnson. Johnathan Thurston had a bit of a rough game but managed to pull the team together for some soid points on the board. Warriors will return to Mt Smart next week to face the Brisbane Broncos.
