Akaso V50 Pro latest firmware update HD

Just saw that there is a new firmware for the Akaso V50Pro so with much hesitation (firmware update bricked my last camera) I decided to update to this latest firmware dated 8/2/2018 with hopes it added H.265 but it did not, when recording in H.265 you only get audio, no video :(. Image quality seems to be slightly improved, but the EIS still has that "jello" effect.
