BMW Folding Side Mirror Problem Fix E90 HD

Simple 10-minute fix for these faulty side mirrors that fold forward Torx T10 Sandpaper or emery cloth Dielectric Grease http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=683764 UPDATE: This "fix" made the mirror folding issue better but the BMW is not "cured". This mirror will still move out of its original position, not sure if the force of he door closing moves it or what but it goes right back into position when I hit the mirror button. It does not fold all the way forward like it used to but it still gets slightly off.
