04 BMW 525i spark plug replacement m54 engine HD

tools needed,5/8 deep socket,14mm socket,10mm,socket,T25 torx ,*,small flat head,ratchet,extension bar, to reset the service light reset the trip A counter to 0 then press trip counter button down and turn the ignition key to on(when all lights on dash light up) hold the button down till it indicates the spark plug (this is the first one in the menu) when you see the spark pug sign let go of the button for a sec and then hold it down again,you will see reset appear on the screen,let the button go again for a sec and then hold it down once again you will see the display screen will will show 0000 then 100000 (you are now done you can turn the key off or you can scroll to the next items such as oil,brake pads etc and reset them ....make sure you replace the items before you reset any counters. hope i helped someone out there will post more as i work on my car
