Release date — November 30, 2016 Release build — 2.0.0.295 New features The current release of the product includes these new features. Password reset You can now reset your McAfee ePO password from the McAfee ePO Pre-installation Auditor. Product compatibility check The Pre-installation Auditor now includes checks to identify McAfee products that are incompatible with the new version of McAfee ePO. 1 Export check results You can now export your check results to a CSV file. The report shows the name, description, status, and result of the check. New pre-installation checks These new checks are included in this release of McAfee ePO Pre-installation Auditor: • Estimates the required upgrade time. • Checks whether the database option for arithmetic abort is enabled or not. • Checks the compatibility level of the SQL database. • Checks whether the database index fragmentation is below the suggested limit. • Checks for large database tables. • Identifies the database recovery model. • Checks whether the new McAfee ePO version supports migration to SHA-2 certificates. • Checks the database replication status. • Checks the RSA compatibility for your SQL server. • Checks the database query cursor threshold value. Enhancements The current release of the product includes these enhancements. User experience Improved user interface with new icons and strings.
