Germany begins constructing its first liquified natural gas (LNG) terminal | DW News HD
Liquified Natural Gas or LNG is not very popular in Germany yet, but the US is against completing the Nord Stream 2 pipeline from Russia, so Germany may have to start using LNG more. So they’re building a new LNG station near the port of Hamburg. Right now, Europe has 34 LNG terminals, but not one of them is in Germany.
