The UN Security Council will hold a session on the situation in Ukraine after a Russian military retreat revealed alleged war crimes in the areas north of Kyiv. Moscow had requested an emergency security council meeting on Monday, but the British Presidency rejected the request and will now also be considered on Tuesday.
