Automation Metal Cutting & Bending Machine project by ADMMA 32 D & E Batch (2017) at CTTC,BBSR HD

Project Name- Automation Metal Cutting and Bending Machine Overview- This project is design for automatic manufacturing of metallic rod with some predefined Patten like L,C,U,O shape or even complex structure like Pentagon , hexagon or any polygon. The project is divide into 3 part: 1. Conveyor part 2. Bending part using heavy torque motor 3. Cutting part using Pneumatically arrangement which is control by SIEMENS S7 -300 PLC (Programmable Logic Control) and SCADA (Supervisory control and data acquisition) Also the same project can be control by Ardiuno.
