Me inspiré para hacer esta canción por la nueva película de Equestria Girls, Legend of Everfree. Midnight Sparkle fue una de mis villanas favoritas, y al ver que va a regresar me dieron ganas de hacer esta canción con un ambiente oscuro. Este es un nuevo sonido para mi, no acostumbro hacer canciones de este tipo, pero me divertí mucho trabajando con ella.
