Our friends Brittany and Kevin were over there from @litebritestudios so I had them film me a little something for the Lone Star Drift audience, which coincidently helps me cheat my way through yet another daily VLOG lol!!! So in this episode Aasbo discusses his ice drifting MK4 Supra, from suspension setup to the engine to the most important factor it seems, the tires. I was wondering exactly what tires they get, I should have had them send me a link! It is interesting and very obvious that they would use a naturally aspirated 2JZ-GE for this stuff, but I always figured after years of doing this they would have gone crazy and added a turbo setup or something. I know I probably would have eventually done that lol. I am an idiot though.... Although I successfully have been leaving my cars pretty stock the last few years, especially the Mustang and the JZX100 over in Japan. Brittany and Kevin are famous in the offloading world by the way, they starting YouTubing about their 2018 Jeep JLU Rubicon and their channel took off, and now they travel the world doing their channel stuff. It is super exciting to see friends become successful in the world of cars. They used to be into drifting, but they have recently moved into off roading and it has been very good to them!
