AdBlock for Tomato Router HD

ALL-U-NEED ad blocking script on a Tomato router instructions. This is on ASUS RT-N66R (RT-N66u) with Shibby TomatoUSB firmware. I have used this same adblocker script on a Linksys WRT54G for many years. You can configure to use Hosts file or DNS Cache Poisoning method. USEHOSTS="Y" uses Hosts file and is best for old WRT54G. More powerful router can have USEHOSTS="N".
