10cc The Things We Do For Love

18.10.2022
The Things We Do For Love (remastered) is performed by 10cc. The art-rock icons are celebrating their greatest hits with a huge 2022 world tour. The tour, which was originally planned to take place in 2020 to mark 45 years since the release of the hit single I’m Not in Love, has been extended to this autumn. 10cc will bring their greatest hits tour to the Orchard Theater, Dartford in October 2022. The band formed in the 1970s and achieved a number of Top 10 singles, including Rubber Bullets, Dreadlock Holiday, Donna, Art for Art’s Sake, Good Morning Judge, and, of course, I’m Not in Love. Today, the live band is made up of 10cc co-founder Graham Gouldman, long-time members Rick Fenn and Paul Burgess, Keith Hayman, and Iain Hornal. “After the past two years, it is wonderful to be playing to packed houses and re-engaging with our audiences again,” says singer Graham. “We are especially looking forward to the autumn dates and covering more of the country.” This new tour, with extended dates continuing until the end of October, follows the release of The Things We Do For Love: The Ultimate Hits and Beyond. The compilation album, released in May 2022, includes classic numbers, live tracks, unreleased songs, and hits written by 10cc members for other artists such as The Yardbirds and The Hollies. The band, who have been performing for 50 years, has toured the globe recently, visiting countries such as Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. They have also played some of the biggest shows of their career in the UK, with a performance at Hyde Park’s British Summer Time concert and a sold-out show at the Royal Albert Hall last year 2021.
