A Saturday night at the "Okonomiyaki" shop at Odakyuu Sagamihara. Okonomiyaki is a type of what we might call a pancake (not sweet) eggs, flour, mountain potato (yamaimo) with various shrimp, pork, chicken, beef, squid, octopus and some other delights as clams or oysters... mixed into a batter...grilled on a hotplate... a chuhai (shochu) drink to go with it...a delicious and healthy dinner...
