Okonomiaki

Making Okonomiyaki - a Japanese food found mostly in the Kansai area of Japan. Okonomiyaki means "cook what you like!" It is also sometimes called Japanese or Korean pizza or pancakes, though in taste they are not similar AT ALL to pizza OR pancakes. They are delicious, though, and one of my favorite Kansai foods! This video was taken in the Fugetsu in Yodobashi Camera Umeda, Osaka. The music is "Ma Ji Ya Ba" by the Nerima Daikon Brothers, from the anime Nerima Daikon Brothers.
