WORKOUT Neutral-trip Lat Pulldown 5 sets - 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 reps Barbell Row (smith machine) 4 sets - 15, 12, 10, 8 reps High-bar Row (hammer strength) 4 sets - 12, 10, 8, 6 reps T-bar Row 4 sets - 12, 10, 8, 6 reps Narrow-Grip Pulldown 4 sets - 12, 10, 8 6 reps Dumbbell Pullover 3 sets - 20, 15, 12, reps Dumbbell Shrugs 4 sets - 12-15 reps Ultimate Bicep Finisher (partner required) 20 reps, decrease with 2 reps each set. Stand face to face with workout partner. One does 20 reps with ez-bar curl, then passes it on to partner and does 20 reps also.
