You can. Just credit me and also ask permission first. I’ve had someone make a remake (meaning they used my plot and remade it into a little story) of a video of mine without my permission. (How I know, they put my channel and video credits in the description, still didn’t ask for permission though, didn’t confront them because I was happy I got recognized, but people started thinking it was their original idea so it made me upset.) I don’t care if you get more views and subs. It’s just the fact that they didn’t ask to use my original idea to begin with and then have people think it was their idea and not correct the people at all that it was inspired and not original. It’s not really all that fair when you do that, even if you credit, don’t just recreate a video of mine without permission. I wouldn’t care if you got more views. But damn, if I really have to discover that someone used an idea of mine without permission by finding it on my recommendation page again I’m gonna be upset. And then viewers thinking that the original idea was theirs and not mine? Yeah, I don’t want that happening again. Just ask permission FIRST and THEN you can credit. Don’t just credit and just expect me to be fine with it when I randomly find your video one day.
