R.E.M, otherwise known as Rapid Eye Movement, is a masterpiece conjured up from Quaed’s subconscious mind. Kicking things off with a pallet of dreamy sounds in the intro, R.E.M gradually manifests into a dark little number with its intense break down of mid bass followed up with an eerie drop, which leads to a wave of devastating drums, subs and synthesized keys…Sweet dreams! The flip is ‘The Law’ according to Quaed. Vocal stabs accompany what only can be described as lush pads in the intro. As the beats start to filter in we are left with a superb drop of oozing bass, snappy & tight drums with an all round quality vibe!
