ANCAP SAFETY RATING: Mitsubishi Outlander (Oct 2021 – onwards) - PHEV variants In order to confirm integrity of the battery and safety of high voltage electrical systems, additional frontal offset (MPDB) and oblique pole tests were conducted on the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. With these additional tests, this ANCAP Safety Rating is extended to all variants of the Mitsubishi Outlander. The Mitsubishi Outlander scored a 5 star ANCAP safety rating.
