Hello beautiful people! Here are 7 habits I’ve developed over the years that have helped me become a happier person. Many of these have been underscored in the Quality of Life class (APA 4117) taught by Dr. Michelle Fortier at the University of Ottawa. She is an amazing professor, so if you study in Human Kinetics at UOttawa, I highly recommend you take this course. It was definitely the highlight of my bachelors degree. Take with you the tips you found most inspiring, and try implementing them every day. Happy watching! References: Beyond Blue. (2019). The science behind your smile.
