Wurzburg Residence and Court Gardens - Winter and Summer 2013 HD
The Würzburg Residence, former seat of the prince-bishops, is one of the most important Baroque palaces in Europe. The architecture of Balthasar Neumann, in particular his famous staircase, and the two large ceiling frescos by the brilliant Giovanni Battista Tiepolo are two of the most outstanding artistic achievements of the 18th century. The laying of the foundation stone was done at 22 May 1720. ------ Pictures taken by: Aníbal Seraphim aka Mister A:) Music by: Kathryn Toyama from the album: Hope For Harmony All the credits of the songs goes to Kathryn Toyama.
