Setting up a Decal Pack (Manually) HD

Use them only as a guide for determining placement. The grid spacing of the decal templates is 128x128. This tutorial assumes you have already set up the Mod Builder. If that is not the case, check out my tutorial for that. I set things up manually, as opposed to automatically via the wizard. If you prefer the wizard, follow the steps provided by the Essence Engine Wiki (http://modding.companyofheroes.com/decal-pack-wizard).
