Using the Traeger app, you can monitor and control your Pro grill from anywhere you are. - Features Traeger’s D2 technology - powered by an industry first brushless motor to power their variable speed fan and auger. The variable speed fan stokes the fire, helping you reach your desired temperature quickly and efficiently maintain it. - Traeger’s D2 system makes it easy to smoke, grill, and even bake with woodfired flavor. - Fueled by an 18Lb pellet hopper on the right side of the grill. Set your target temperature anywhere between 165F and 450F degrees and let the grill handle the rest. - In addition to maintaining the fire, the variable speed fan of the D2 system also circulates smoke throughout the whole grill, making sure everything on the cooking surface gets surrounded by smoke. - The Pro Series comes with a temperature probe that makes it easy to monitor the progress of your cook through the app, and even set target probe temps to be sure you don’t overshoot doneness. - It’s worth noting, the Traeger Generation 2 Pro Series is available in two sizes, the 780 & 575.
