It is safe to use Hydroquinone as long as it is not used with resorcinol or peroxide especially around the eyes also, as long as it is used interchangeably with other lightening agents( Example: Kojic acid, Alpha arbutin,..etc) used every 4 months. STEPS 1. HOW TO APPLY CHEMICAL PEEL The peeling agent (glycolic 70%) is applied with a gauze pad or sponge evenly across the legs. Allow peel solution to remain for 10 minutes. Apply a second layer over the first, allow to remain on skin for 5-10 minutes(optional). Neutralize the glycolic peel with tap water. After two minutes, 35% TCA peel should be applied with a gauze pad, allow solution to remain for 10 minutes (or according to skin tolerance), you may add a second layer if you feel only one is insufficient and then wash off.
